Joe Sullivan, co-founder of Clear Life Plan and Certified Birkman Consultant, got a degree in electrical engineering and computer technology at Penn State, and, after teaching engineering at PSU, joined IBM, where he ranked in the top 5% in selling mainframe computers to Ingersoll Rand, Mack Trucks, & M&M/Mars, and others. He then co-founded Pentamation Enterprises, Inc., a computer services corporation, which went on to rank in the top 100 computer companies in the US. 25 years ago, he formed Knightsbridge Group, a consulting corporation that provides organizational, team, and personal development services. In 2010 Knightsbridge introduced Clear Life Plan, specializing in helping high school students and their parents pick the right school.
Fred Herzer, co-founder of Clear Life Plan, attended the Salzburgerhotelfachschule in Bad Hofgastein, Austria, where he graduated from an accelerated 3-year program in Hotel and Restaurant Management, after which his career in food management included positions at Lehigh Valley Hospital and Lehigh University, where he helped to create educational programs in catering and baking. He joined forces with Joe Sullivan in 2008 to form My Pathways to Success, which led to the development of Clear Life Plan 2 years later.
Bill Bly is content strategist for Clear Life Plan. He graduated from Carnegie-Mellon, where he got an MFA in Drama, and has been a college professor and program director in New York and the Lehigh Valley for nearly forty years. Bill also consults in information architecture, knowledge management, and communication technology.
